We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to help us optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and budget adherence across all departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management proficiency. The ideal candidate will be a natural coordinator with a strong understanding of big-picture goals and meticulous attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring full support to the development and execution of trading strategy
• Managing and executing trade processes, contracts, transfers and settlements with full accuracy
• Create and distribute procedures and protocols
• Ensuring certificates are being delivered to the rightful registry
• Proactive interaction with FO and other departments to ensure alignment in the process
• Onboard and train new employees to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to details
• Two or more years of experience in an operational role within environmental commodities or trading house
• Located in Gothenburg
