6. How Long Do We Retain Your Information?

We only process personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of their collection, after which we delete the data.

If you have an active dialogue with us, your information is retained for 24 months from the last interaction; thereafter, we will purge the data we have registered about you. An active dialogue is defined as having interacted with Ethora Renewables AB or representatives from Ethora Renewables AB via telephone, email response, downloading material on the website, or registering via a form within the last 24 months.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data in connection with subscribing to regular email communications, we will continue to process your personal data until you cancel your subscription. After that, we store your personal data for 24 months before purging the data.

If you are employed by a company that is a customer of ours, we process your data within the framework of customer care. For active customer relationships, we process your data until (1) you end your employment at the company, or (2) the company no longer has an active customer relationship with us. When a customer relationship ends, our storage and processing of your data transition to the same conditions described in the two preceding paragraphs. If you end your employment at the company, you are responsible for notifying us using the provided contact information so we can purge your data.

The submitted data will be available to a limited number of people within the company or the customer renting the product you are using.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If there is an ongoing sales or customer dialogue between you, us, and one of our partners, we may share information about you in the form of:

If you withdraw your consent, we will delete the data we have about you. Note that deleting your personal data with us may affect the delivery of information within a customer relationship and may impact ongoing dialogues.
