At Ethora, we understand the importance of strong IT systems and infrastructure for smooth task execution. We’re looking for an IT specialist to lead the development of our IT infrastructure from the ground up. We need someone with a broad view of our internal IT setup and the ability to handle various tasks, ensuring our IT needs are met comprehensively.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement the company’s IT infrastructure
• Install and configure servers, network equipment, and security solutions
• Manage and maintain operating systems, databases, and cloud solutions
• Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate security measures
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs
• Document IT processes and create user manuals

Requirements:

• Experience in building and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of network and server administration (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Windows Server, Linux)
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of IT security and experience implementing security solutions
• Database management experience (SQL, NoSQL)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Relevant education in IT or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity/Preferences with G Suite, GCP, Cisco Firewall management
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, DevOps tools, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
